For compressor distributors and service companies

Run service and sales from one system built for compressed air.

Your techs price a repair on site in a few taps. Your sales team quotes from your own price book. The office handles orders, purchasing and stock, and you see the margin on every job.

Works on iPhone, Android and any browser.

What it does

Everything a compressed air company touches in a day.

01

Service quotes on site

You set the hourly rates, mileage rate and extra fees once. The tech picks what applies, adds hours and parts, and the quote prices itself with your logo on it.

02

No waiting on pricing

If a part has no price, the quote goes to your service coordinators or inside sales to finish. The tech moves on to the next job.

03

Sales quotes from your price book

Upload your price sheets, products and pictures. Size the system in the builder and turn the recommendation into a priced quote, with manager review before it goes out.

04

Orders, purchase orders and stock

An approved quote becomes an order. Buy what is short on a purchase order, receive it into stock, and fulfil the order.

05

Service agreements

One short form to fill out, one list to see them all, and the year's visits pushed to the dispatch board.

06

Dispatch with a route check

Lay out each tech's day on the map, see which jobs have parts on site, and check that the order is the best one and the day fits with travel.

For owners and managers

Margin on every quote, invoice and person.

Your costs stay with managers. Techs and reps see sell prices only, and customer paperwork never shows a cost.

The whole business on one page

Invoiced revenue, margin, what is owed to you, win rate, open pipeline, agreements ending soon, and stock value.

Where margin is thin

The lowest-margin jobs are listed first, with who quoted them, so you can fix pricing before it repeats.

Built for this trade

Compressor, dryer and piping knowledge is already in the system, from fault codes to CAGI data sheets.

Questions

Good to know

Can we use our own price sheets?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel price list and tell the system whether the prices are your cost or your sell price. Uploading the same sheet again updates it.

Do techs see our costs?

No. Costs and margins are limited to managers and company admins. Techs and reps see sell prices.

Does it track where techs are?

A tech can share their position with dispatch from their phone while the dispatch page is open. It is their choice, and it stops when they close the page.

What is the customer app?

Each of your customers gets a code. They download PlantAir, enter the code, and the app opens with your name, logo and color. They can request service, ask for a quote, see visits and approve quotes. Requests land in your jobs and leads.

Do my customers pay for it?

No. Everything that connects them to you is free for them. The AI troubleshooter and paid plant tools stay part of their own PlantAir Pro, unless your plan includes Customer Pro, which gives them those too.

Who owns the customer's data?

The plant does. They choose what to share with you (equipment list, service history, contact details), can disconnect with one tap, and take their records with them if they change service companies.
